AB0566 A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF 86 CASES WITH SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS AND ASEPTIC NECROSIS OF THE FEMORAL HEAD OR NON-FEMORAL HEAD AVASCULAR NECROSIS

Background Symptomatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) and avascular (AVN) are two types which is a serious complication systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Even their pathophysiology them similar, though onset timing, symptoms signs, other clinical characteristics different. Objectives To compare SLE combined with symptomatic ONFH AVN. Methods We retrospectively analyzed data 86 cases AVN treated in Department Rheumatology Immunology The First Affiliated Hospital Xi’an Jiaotong University from April 2013 to December 2021, compared similarities differences between them. Results A total 2730 patients were reviewed, including 60 (male 9, female 51) 26 2, 24). Morbility was significantly higher than Compared group, course longer [(71.33±53.32) vs (48.69±35.11) months]，the time glucocorticoids (GCs) use [(67.47±51.71) (37.77±42.73) months], cumulative dosage GCs larger [(9.17±5.46) (6.02±6.66) g] group. SLEDAI score lower group [(2.57±3.39) (4.46±4.81)]. had more Raynaud’s phenomenon serum Vitamin-D3 level Anti-cardiolipin antibodies (ACA) positive (15.38%) edema as initial symptom (46.15%) common Bilateral lesions (68.33% 42.31%). All above significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Our results indicate that long large exposure GCs, stable state, low Vit-D3 value suggestive ACA an just reverse.
